Overview

MRTB rear tipping body fitted to any Multihog from CX up to MH, ideal for municipalities, highway maintenance, and facilities management. Hydraulic tipping plus fold-down panels makes unloading bulky goods, green cuttings, and tools fast and single-operator friendly.

Key Features

Capacity approx. 540 L (19 ft³) for CX 55 and 640 L (22.5 ft³) for CX 75

Capacity approx. 650 L (23 ft³) for MX and 450 L (16 ft³) for MH

Max load 1,000 kg (1 t) for CX, 1,300 kg (1.3 t) for MX, and 900 kg (0.9 t) for MH

CX 55 inner dimensions 1,400 × 1,140 × 350 mm (55 × 45 × 14 in); CX 75 inner dimensions 1,600 × 1,140 × 350 mm (63 × 45 × 14 in)

5 mm (1 in) thick aluminium side walls 300 mm (12 in) high and welded painted-steel subframe

Both side and rear panel walls fold down for all-around loading

Support legs included for storage when the tipping body is not in use

Who This Is For

Municipal road crews, highway maintenance teams, and facilities managers hauling and dumping bulk materials on route. Especially suited to operations already running CX, MX, or MH tractors that need tipping capability without adding a second truck.

Ideal Applications

Dumping cold patch and aggregate at pothole-repair sites

Green-waste collection and park cuttings disposal

Snow and sweeper debris unloading at transfer points

Bulk material shuttle runs around large campuses or depots

Tool and equipment transport with quick hydraulic offload

What Sets It Apart

Covers the entire Multihog line CX through MH with matched inner dimensions and capacities up to 1.3 t on MX, a single attachment concept that scales with your fleet. 5 mm aluminium walls and a welded painted-steel subframe keep the body square under repeated tipping cycles of aggregate and demolition debris. Fold-down side and rear panels combined with hydraulic tipping give full perimeter loading and fast offloading that fixed-wall trailers can't match.

Common Upgrade Path

Displaces small tipper trucks, trailer-tippers, and ute-tip-tray combinations for municipal and grounds hauling. One operator on the Multihog handles loading, hauling, and tipping without a second vehicle.

When to Consider a Different Model

Not the right fit when you only need a fixed hauling body and don't require tipping, the standard Rear Body (MRB 450/650) is lower-cost and built on the same CX-to-MH fitment.
