Do you sell used equipment?
Yes. We maintain a large inventory of quality used and reconditioned equipment. All used units are inspected and serviced before sale. Visit our inventory page to see current availability.

We serve municipalities, utilities, and contractors across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, and surrounding states from our seven locations in Evansville, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Lexington, North Canton, Chicagoland, and Jefferson, Wisconsin.
Do you offer equipment demonstrations?
Absolutely. We can arrange on-site demonstrations for most equipment lines. Contact your nearest BEC location or submit a quote request and mention that you'd like a demo.
What financing options are available?
We work with several municipal financing partners and can help arrange lease-purchase agreements, traditional financing, and rent-to-own programs. We also support cooperative purchasing contracts.

How do I order parts?
You can order parts by calling any of our seven locations or submitting a parts request through our website. Our parts specialists can identify the correct part and check availability.
Do you offer same-day shipping on parts?
Yes. In-stock parts orders placed by early afternoon ship the same business day. We stock over 10,000 OEM parts across our seven locations.
Can you service equipment you didn't sell?
Yes. Our service departments work on all major brands of municipal equipment, whether or not it was purchased from BEC. We have factory-trained technicians for many manufacturers.
Do you offer preventive maintenance programs?
Yes. We offer customized preventive maintenance programs designed to keep your equipment running reliably and extend its service life. Contact your local service department for details.
What is your warranty coverage?
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. New equipment typically includes full manufacturer warranty. Reconditioned equipment may include extended warranty options. Contact us for specific warranty details.
Rentals
What equipment is available for rent?
We offer short-term and long-term rentals on sewer cleaning trucks, hydro excavators, street sweepers, inspection equipment, and more. Availability varies by location. Contact us for current rental inventory.
Do you offer rent-to-own programs?
Yes. Our rent-to-own program allows you to apply rental payments toward the purchase price. This is a popular option for municipalities evaluating equipment before committing to purchase.
Is delivery available for rental equipment?
Yes. We provide delivery and pickup services for rental equipment throughout our service area. Delivery charges vary based on distance. Operator training is included.

What are your business hours?
Most BEC locations are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time, with Indianapolis open 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern. Emergency service is available for existing customers.
