For over 58 years, the people at Brown Equipment Company have been the difference between a good equipment dealer and a great one. Our team is factory-trained, deeply experienced, and dedicated to keeping the municipalities, utilities and contractors we serve up and running.

From the service technicians who diagnose and repair complex equipment to the parts specialists who get critical components delivered overnight to our accounting team that handles the invoice, every member of the BEC team understands what’s at stake when our customer depends on their equipment and a partner that can help them solve their challenges.

No matter the role, every team member at BEC shares the same goal: keep our customers’ equipment working and their communities running.

Sales

Our equipment sales consultants work directly with municipalities, utilities, and contractors to find the right equipment for the job. They know every equipment line inside and out and provide on-site demos, spec reviews, and ongoing support long after the sale.

Service

Our factory-trained service technicians keep municipal fleets running. From scheduled maintenance to complex hydraulic and electrical repairs, they handle it all, at our shops or in the field with fully equipped service trucks.

Parts

Our parts specialists maintain deep inventory across all major equipment lines and can source what they don't stock. They understand the urgency of a downed truck and work to get parts where they need to be, fast.

Administration

Behind every successful branch is an administrative team handling accounting, logistics, HR, and customer coordination. They keep the business running efficiently so our field teams can focus on customers.
