This 2024 Stepp Manufacturing OJK-H 275 Gallon Oil Jacketed Crack Sealer Horizontal is a demo unit with 18.9 chassis engine hours. The unit features a 275 gallon material tank plus 5 gallon expansion capacity, oil jacketed on all four sides and bottom with a minimum of 118 gallons of heat transfer oil and 7,375 sq in of heat transfer area. It is powered by a Kubota D1105 3-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine rated at a minimum of 24.8 HP with Deep Sea digital engine management, and heated by a Beckett forced-air diesel burner rated up to 350,000 BTU.

The sealer includes a Viking K124A material pump submerged in the tank with variable 0 to 8 GPM reversible output, hydraulic horizontal auger agitation at 0 to 30 RPM reversible with proximity-sensor shutdown when the loading chute opens, and a Stepp AKC CAN-bus kettle control with 0 to 550 F thermostat and pump interlock until product and hose reach 275 F. It has an electrically heated hose and boom with a 48 in heated wand, dual insulated safety loading chutes measuring 26 in x 22 in each with a maximum 48 in loading height, and rides on a tandem-rated A-frame trailer with electric brakes and a breakaway kit.
