OJK-H 275 Gallon Oil Jacketed Crack Sealer Horizontal
This OJK-H 275 pairs oil-jacket heating on all four sides and bottom with a Beckett diesel burner rated up to 350,000 BTU, reaching full operating temperature in under 60 minutes. The 275 gallon material tank feeds a Viking K124A submerged pump capable of 0–8 GPM variable output, while a horizontal auger agitates material at 0–30 RPM reversible. The Stepp AKC CAN-bus controller locks the pump until product and hose reach 275 F, and electrically heated hose and wand reach application temperature in 30 minutes or less. A Kubota D1105 3-cylinder diesel runs the system on 18 hours of engine time, mounted on a tandem-rated A-frame trailer with electric brakes and breakaway kit.
