2026 Stepp Manufacturing SPH-3.0 (4 Ton) Gravity Discharge Hot Box
This 2026 Stepp Manufacturing SPH-3.0 (4 ton) Gravity Discharge Hot Box is a new trailer-mounted, air-jacketed unit with a 3.0 cubic yard / 4 ton hopper capacity. The hopper is triple-wall construction with a 10 ga inner tank, 12 ga heat jacket, and 16 ga outer shell with 2 in high-temp fiberglass insulation, using a center heat riser with recirculating internal exhaust. It features two gas-assist guillotine rear discharge doors with a 13 in x 36 in total opening, a heated 1/4 in 304 stainless shovel platform 29 in from ground, and an electronic thermostat with 0-550 F range and digital LED display. The trailer has a 14,000 lb GVWR tandem-axle configuration (two 7,000 lb axles) with electric brakes and a breakaway kit. Overall dimensions are 208 in L x 90 in W x 90 in H.
